Article 1

Article 2

Excluded from military service, as long as they are not rehabilitated, convicted persons sentenced to a criminal judgment or imprisonment for more than six months.

Article 3

Persons who have not exercised their military service for whatever reason may be mobilized if circumstances so require.

Article 4

The duration of the military service is 12 months and the age of the taxpayer's profession is set at 19, while compulsory military service must be paid until the age of 25.

Persons over the age of 25 who are exempt or exempt can be called military until the age of 40 if the reason for exemption or exemption ceases.

Article 5

At the end of the military service, the conscripts are paid in the Reserve of the Royal Forces (FAR) in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Article 6

Conscripts are subject to military laws and regulations, including Law No. 108-13 on military law, Law No. 01-12 on basic guarantees granted to FAR Army and Dahir No. 1-74-383. approval of the regulation of the general discipline in the FAR ", whereby it is noted that they obtain figures according to the hierarchy that is in force in the FAR.

Article 7

Article 8

Conscripts who do not belong to certain categories, in particular officials and civil servants, are entitled to benefits and allowances whose rates are fixed by regulation. Wages and allowances are exempt from taxes or other charges provided for in the applicable legislation.

Article 9

The needs of conscripts are provided "under conditions identical to those of FAR soldiers". Clothing and food are free, regardless of the grade.

Article 10

The conscripts, such as the army, receive care in military hospitals, medical coverage, death and disability insurance and medical-social assistance.

Article 11

In the same way as the active army, the damage suffered by conscripts during their military service is covered by a death and disability insurance.

Article 12

The conscripts are released at the end of their military service. However, part or all of the quota may be released or maintained in advance after the legal period, as recalled in accordance with applicable legislation, if circumstances so require.

Article 13

The conscripts are, even after their release, bound by the obligation to reserve and the protection of the secrets of the defense, in particular all facts, information and documents that they have known and are liable during the military service, as such, sanctions imposed by the applicable legislation.

Article 14

Without prejudice to the contrary laws, regulations and administrative provisions, officials and servants of public services, local authorities, employees of establishments and public undertakings and other bodies are subject to the law 69-00 on the financial control of the State on public companies and other organizations are made available to the national defense administration during the period of military service. As such, they retain their right to progress, retirement, reward and social welfare in their original environment.
