The runaway Joey Harmsen from Voorst was seen on Saturday evening at Apeldoorn station. He asked for money for the train to Arnhem. That writes his foster father Rick Buijing on Facebook.
Joey's foster parents are very concerned about him. The 15-year-old boy has been looking for days and does not have his medication with him. Joey also has no money or mobile phone. That would explain why he begged money for a ticket to Arnhem, as foster father Rick writes.
The boy stayed in an institution and was previously seen at the station of Voorst-Empe. He wore a track suit with yellow stripes and gray Puma sneakers. The boy can also be recognized by his cubes and glasses.
