Six cyclists injured after collision with tractor in Oldelamer – Friesland –

The cyclists crashed because the tractor took the inside bend. One of them was wounded in such a way that he was transferred by ambulance to the hospital in Groningen. A second was taken to the hospital in Heerenveen. The other four had minor injuries.

The group consisted of about fifteen to twenty riders in total, eleven of which went down. It is a group of riders who leave at Thialf in Heerenveen every Tuesday evening for a trip through the area.

A statement from all parties involved is recorded by the police.
