Masterton Police seeks man's identity in relation to
attempted robbery

Police investigate an attempted robbery
Masterton appeals to information from the
public.

The police received around 17:10 on Friday 17 August
a report from a man who enters a store on Colombo Road, armed
with a weapon.

He demanded cash from the staff and damaged
what property.

An alarm was activated and the man left
the place. No one was injured and nothing was
taken.

Detectives investigating the incident are looking for
the identity of the depicted person.

Everyone with
information about the identity of this man or another
information that the police can help is asked to contact
with Masterton Police Station at (06) 370
0300.
