One injured in an accident at the Dyreparken in Kristiansand

Emergency data were generated by an accident at Dyreparken in Kristiansand, reported the Agder police on Sunday evening at 19.25 hours.

The accident happened while working on the jungle jungle Bob. It is an attraction where the sledding runs over a 430 meter long bobbane at great speed.

The injured person is taken to the hospital in Kristiansand with head injury. The police investigate the cause of the accident.

– One of our employees was taken to the hospital with an ambulance after an incident on the bob. This happened in connection with a braking system test, explains CEO Per Arnstein Aamodt in the zoo at Fædrelandsvennen.

"We are working on an overview of the situation, but it seems to have gone well with him," he says.

Aamodt says that their response to emergency situations is on the way and that he knows more when he has received a report there.

According to the Animal Park website, the park is usually closed to the public at 19.
