After a weekend with rain, summer returns to Central Norway.
"Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays really look promising for Trøndelag.Møre og Romsdal gets a lot of sun. There is the possibility of some rain showers, like the typical Sunnmøre, but also a lot of sun here.I would say that it will be very good in Central Norway, says state meteorologist Kristian Gislefoss at the Meteorological Institute.
The meteorologist adds that it is generally 15 degrees, but those days with the best weather can reach 20 degrees. Trøndelag is probably chopped hotter than in Møre og Romsdal.
There will be little wind, except in Sunnmøre, where it can blow up in the wind.
Gray in the west
The whole country, with the exception of Western Norway, will have a warm and beautiful end to August.
"The weather we have now is very typical for the end of August, we are approaching autumn, but at the same time we have days when the temperature is 20 degrees, and I'll call it normal, says Gislefoss.
It's about enjoying the weather for those who get sun and warmth, because we can also experience the first snowfall in the mountains and freeze nets.
"It is also very normal," said the meteorologist.
Snow on the tops
Especially in the north of Norway there is already snow this weekend on the mountain peaks. The mountain tops, and not the mountain crosses, emphasize Gislefoss. Then the sun comes back, and large parts of Northern Norway get sun from Tuesday and temperatures to 15 degrees.
In the south and east of Norway it is sunny and beautiful, first Saturday and again early next week.
It will therefore be somewhat more uncertain from Wednesday next week and beyond. Clear weather can also cause night frost in some places.
"The mountain is good, but if you live in the lowlands of South and East Norway, I would not really worry about my flowers.
