The fire is now extinguished, the fire department informs at 1.50 p.m.
The emergency services have moved to a detached house in Apalhaugen in Fjell.
"It is burning in the basement of a detached house and the fire is about to spread to the rest of the house," said Chief of Police Tore Fanebust in the 110-central BT at 11.55 am on Friday.
Firefighters from Fjell and Sund are present.
There was a resident in the house who informed the fire department about the fire.
The message was that it was burned down in the basement in the detached house.
– Is there a danger that the fire will spread to other houses?
– No, it is a detached house with a garage and there is no danger of the fire spreading to other houses, says Fanebust.
He says there are no people in the house. The resident who warned about the fire is located outside the detached house in Apalhaugen in Fjell.
"It is still burning in the basement, but there is no longer any danger of the fire spreading to the rest of the house," the guard said at 1.15 p.m.
Smoke divers were then sent to the apartment on the ground floor of the house.
The fire is mainly on the ground floor, according to the 110 exchange on Twitter.
The police arrived at the detached house for the first time.
– Everyone's gone
– There were several residents in the house, but everyone came out. There should not be any visible flames on the outside of the house, but it is good with smoke, says operational manager Eivind Hellesund in the Western Police District at 1 pm to BT.
It should not be reported to someone who has been injured in connection with the fire.
The fire was found downstairs and under control at 1.40 p.m.
The fires now escape from the smoke of the detached house.
