The judiciary ordered nine months of preventive detention against Javier Espinoza Rojas, who is accused of attacking his mother, Nancy Rojas Centeno, who is now hospitalized in Guillermo Almenara hospital.
The Public Prosecutor denied that the subject was given freedom, as some neighbors claimed. He specified that the case would be followed by the prosecutor, William Alcóser Donohue, second provincial prosecutor general of Chosica.
And it would be the third time that residents of Rojas Centeno intervene. According to a 90 Seconds report, this time the woman suffered a severe head injury at her home in Chosica.
