On that occasion, the Superior Court of Justice of Lima declared the nullity of Resolution No 3, issued by the Fourth Court of First Instance, as well as Resolution No. 12 of the Second Criminal Court, both of the 9 and 22 September 2015.
As mentioned, Judge Cecilia Grandez Rojas ordered preventive detention for 18 months from Juan Aguinaga Moreno and three other professors for 18 months; however, he remained absconded for nine months, until the court of Lima pronounced a habeas corpus in his favor.
At that time the Prosecution asked nine years with four months imprisonment plus disqualification for the same period and 486 days penalty for the former director of the Graduate School.
