New friaje will affect 9 regions of the jungle Monday and predicts up to 13 ° C | Trade Peru

From Monday 3 to Thursday 6 September, nine regions in the country's jungle will be affected by the arrival of the fourteenth friaje, reported the National Meteorology and Hydrology Department of Peru (SENAMHI).

This event generates the descent of temperatures in the southern jungle with values ​​that rise to 13 ° C, during the mornings of Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6.

The region & # 39; s been warned by the SENAMHI They are Cusco, Huánuco, Junín, Loreto, Madre de Dios, Pasco, Puno, San Martín and Ucayali. Likewise, gusts of wind up to 60 km / h are expected, mainly in Madre de Dios and Ucayali.

Rain in cold weather

the SENAMHI He also indicated that due to the accession of this new one friaje there will be moderate to heavy rainfall in the Peruvian jungle.

This precipitation is recorded from Sunday 2 to Wednesday 5 September. In addition, they are accompanied by electric shocks and wind gusts reaching 60 km / h.

This rain will start at sunrise on Sunday 2 in the south forest (Madre de Dios, Puno and Cusco), then, from Sunday evening 2 to Monday night 3 they will move to the central jungle (Huánuco, Pasco, Junín, Ucayali).

Eventually, from the early morning of 3 to Wednesday 5 September, it will move to the northern jungle (Amazonas, San Martin, Loreto), with an accumulation of between 40 and 50 mm / day. During this phenomenon there will be a decrease in the temperatures day.
