The government is expanding the employment certificate to serve young people between 18 and 29 years of age



The executive power a legislative decree that strengthens and expands accessibility Unique labor certificate for young people (Certijoven), with the aim of increasing the chances of integration on the formal labor market for Peruvians between the ages of 18 and 29 by providing in one procedure all the information that employers need to facilitate their access to a job.

This certificate has background information from the police (MININTER)identity (RENIEC)career (electronic return – MTPE), criminal records (INPE), judicial (judicial power) and educational information (SUNEDU); and is delivered free of charge for young people aged 18 to 29 across the country.

For the processing of personal data the security measures that are required are adopted, to avoid any treatment that is in violation of the Personal Data Protection Act and its regulations.

It should be noted that this Decree-Law is being issued in the framework of the delegation of powers which the Congress of the Republic has granted to the Government for the purposes of legislation in the field of economic management and competitiveness, for a period of 60 calendar days.

The requirements for access to this service are:

* Present the original DNI.

* Be between the ages of 18 and 29 years old.

* Have a vacancy.
