The Traffic Police asked the municipalities to report on the works they are carrying out in their jurisdictions, to implement an appropriate plan for diverting vehicles and not to influence the neighbors with congestion.

In a dialogue with TV Peru Noticias, General PNP Mario Arata, Director of Traffic and Traffic Safety of the National Police indicated that the authorities, by not communicating about the work, can originate from to determine a good strategy for the street problem.

"The minimum that local authorities can do is communicate about what they are going to do to guide them," he said.

The officer indicated that he had a meeting with the candidates the office of the Mayor of Lima to inform them about the problem of the chaos and crime of vehicles.
