In response to a complaint that placed a net on social media, the Cagayan spokesman said the Oro City Police Office (Cocpo), Supt. Mardy Hortillosa apologized for the crash of the GSM signal.
He added: "We are very sorry to cause this inconvenience to everyone," Hortillosa said, "but our safety can not be easily paid for, it is better to sacrifice a bit instead of suffering the consequences we will regret. & # 39;
"It is very easy to say that this idea is not right, but are you trying to imagine that an unexpected terrorist attack will take place in the city just because we have not done so? I hope everyone will understand that safety and security are better than convenience, "he added. (PNA)
