Cloudy skies are expected over parts of Luzon as the southwest monsoon continues to influence Northern and Central Luzon, the state weather office said Tuesday.
The Ilocos region, the Cordillera administrative region, the Cagayan valley and the center of Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms have a cloudy sky with scattered rains and thunderstorms, according to the administration of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services.
Light to moderate and sometimes heavy rainfall can lead to sudden flooding and landslides.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country have a partly cloudy to cloudy sky with isolated rain showers.
Pagasa also advised against sea journeys in the northern and western part of northern Luzon. / CBB
