The Mabolo police station developed "interested parties" on August 26, Sunday night, when killing a Korean nation in a motel.
Senior Insp. Janelito Marquez, the deputy head of the Mabolo police station, said they identified four "people of interests" based on the bill of the motel's staff.
"Minutes after the shooting incident, two motorcycles with ladies as drivers from the motel," said Marquez.
When the police conducted an investigation into the victim's motel room, they recovered drug supplies and received a receipt from a cash courier.
According to Marquez, the voucher contains the name of a man with Consolacion as his address.
The police then carried out a follow-up operation and found that the name written on the receipt was an alleged drug spusher, currently living in the city of Liloan, 18.8 km from the city of Consolacion.
Young Ho Lee, 20, was killed in a motel in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City after 6 P.M.
Lee succumbed to his body for multiple gunshot wounds.
