CEBU CITY – A 29-year-old student was arrested Monday morning by the police in the city of Abellana for the possession of 500 grams of suspected illegal drugs.
The suspect was identified as Rinheart Moreno, from Sitio Upper Kawayanan, Barangay Sambag 2, Cebu City.
Confiscated by Moreno were 500 grams of suspected shabu. / CBB
