  3. Your personal information will be processed in order :
  • execution of the contract to which you are a party or take action before it is concluded (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR);
  • the execution of necessary legally justified interests by the manager or by a third party, in particular the placing on the market of domestic and foreign products and analytical purposes (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
  • implementing one or more specific objectives based on your explicit and voluntary consent (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR)
  • The radio station processes your personal data strictly defined, minimum range necessary to achieve the above objectives.
  • Your personal information can be shared with other entities. The basis of the above actions may be legal requirements (eg ZUS, tax administration, legal system) or be properly set up, ensure the security of personal data, contracts for the allocation of data for third parties with which the broadcaster works (eg from entities in the ICT sector). and telecommunication sector, analytical services and marketing).

  • Your personal information will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with the archiving dates laid down in specific laws and the law of July 14, 1983. about the national archive sources and archives (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 217), and if it was processed on the basis of your consent – until it has been withdrawn.
  • In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
    • access to the content of your data,
    • correcting this data,
    • their removal,
    • limitations of data processing,
    • raise objections to their processing,
    • transferring your personal data,
    • withdrawal of consent at any time (if such permission was given) without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
