"Unicorn" Farfetch hands over papers to open share capital – Observer

The opening of the Farfetch (the "unicorn" founded by the Portuguese José Neves) for the investment stock is forthcoming. According to reports in the media, the London-based company filed an application for listing – after several months of news reports that the company was trying to open the shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

The news about the document delivery is pushed forward by a news portal about the fashion world, the Business of Fashion, indicating that there is still no information about the percentage of capital that will be distributed on the stock market (nor about the stocking intended by the company with this operation).
