Headache that occurs at night can hide serious illnesses.
These are the most common.
Hypnosis of headache – can occur during the night (when you are awake) or even during sleep. Pain is generally felt during the REM sleep phase. It is a mild but painful pain that usually lasts from 15 minutes to an hour or two.
Sphinal headache – Sinus headache is associated with headache at night. This pain, as the name suggests, is caused by sinusitis – pain in the sinus area is very intense – and sensitivity can also reach the ears and head.
There are also a few foods that can cause headaches in the evening during the night – those that contain a lot of monosodium glutamate, such as sausages, juices, half-cooked meals.
