Babushkinsky court of Moscow sent under arrest the former deputy director of RSC Energia Alexei Beloborodov, accused of fraud.
The defense and the defendant himself were asked to choose a degree of restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place, because he completely blamed. However, the court granted the request of the investigator.
In addition, the court sent house arrest to Sept. 16, head specialist of RSC Energia Oleg Pilnev.
Beloborodov and two of his subordinates were detained on Friday. All three detainees were accused of attempted fraud in Part 1 of Article 30 and Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. From the materials announced in court, it follows that the amount of money the suspects planned to steal was more than 30 million rubles.
During the search, labeled banknotes were found in the Beloborodov apartment. It can be money that is received as bribes. Beloborodov took over 400 thousand rubles.
