More than 50 passengers who crashed safely into Ufa refused to fly further



Moscow. August 22. INTERFAX.RU – More than 50 passengers of the Ufa-Sochi plane from Red Wings, which returned to Ufa due to ignition of the engine, refused to fly, the rest flew from the reserve, an informed source told Interfax.

"57 passengers refused to fly with a spare plane," said the source.

"Interfax" does not yet have official comments regarding this information.

The airport's online scoreboard reports that the reserve Tu-214 plane left Ufa at 11:21 am (9:21 am Moscow).

Earlier it was reported that the Tu-204 plane from Red Wings, which runs flight 808 of Ufa-Sochi, made an emergency landing at the airport "Ufa" because of the ignition of the left engine. There were 202 passengers on board. They were evacuated using inflatable ladders 7 minutes after landing. There are no victims.

A check is being made about the fact of an emergency landing of the aircraft by the public prosecutor's office of Ufa.
