Washington announced the first package of restrictive measures against Moscow on 22 August.
A spokesperson for Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the first package of US sanctions. According to the diplomat, the Kremlin is aware of the prepared draft law because it is published on relevant internet sources.
Peskov called the expected anti-Russian restrictions on the part of Washington "unfriendly and illegal from the point of view of international law enforcement".
"Such a restriction is detrimental to international trade." But let's not run. We will do what the President of the Russian Federation always does – something that best matches the interests of our country, "a Kremlin spokesman told journalists.
