Kazan, 19 September. The city hall of Kazan fired the head of the managing company, who poisoned the 92-year veteran of the Great Patriotic War. Yuri Velichko attributed enormous debts, broke electricity. In addition, collectors called him, threatened with reprisals and tortures with a soldering iron.

According to the representatives of the city administration, the overdue amounts of 45 thousand rubles have been paid off and the general manager of the Housing and Municipal Services Division of the Aviastroitelny district has been dismissed. Yuri Velichko has already been told about the initial results of the procedure. The veteran accepted the apology from the district head and expressed his gratitude for the quick resolution of the problem.

According to local media, the debts of the veteran were attributed to the use of the apartment from the fund in which he lived ten years ago during the overhaul in the house. In this case Velichko did not use this apartment and he lived with friends, but the management company exposed him. In addition, to pay for demanded, taking money from collectors.
