A source in the emergency services said that a passenger plane Boeing 737, flying from Moscow, rolled out of the runway after landing at the airport in Sochi, reports Interfax.
It was reported that the pilots were able to land the liner at the second attempt, but they did not stay on the track, after which it crashed into the fence and caught fire.
"Boeing rolled behind the runway and then broke the seat belt with inertia, hit the parapet and lost the left wing," said a source at the airport.
There were 160 passengers and 6 crew members on board the aircraft. As a result of the incident, four people were easily injured.
