Housing: The applicant has the possibility to obtain a loan for construction, even if the owner of the land is a subordinate

The Ministry of Housing emphasized that the applicant has the possibility to obtain a loan product for self-construction, in the event that a dependent is the owner of the country.

This came in response to a tweet from a citizen via Twitter, and asked whether the applicant or one of his family members who is supposed to have land can apply for self-construction.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry has included the home-made product for those who own land to offer different housing options to beneficiaries who qualify for the right home, provided that the land and a valid building permit, the purchasing power of the eligible citizen and the lack of former housing support from the Ministry of Housing.
