His Excellency, the Director General of Civil Protection, General Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Al-Omro, honored distinguished civil protection personnel in implementing the general emergency plan for the Hajj season this year. This happened during a ceremony organized by the Directorate General of Defense yesterday in the Holy City.
HE Al Amro honored the eminent people for their extraordinary efforts during the Hajj season to serve the pilgrims and to work on their comfort in all areas of pilgrimage and roads that lead to them.
He also conveyed the appreciation of his Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, Minister of the Interior, chairman of the Civil Defense Council, to civil protection personnel who participated in the Hajj season and their efforts to ensure the safety of pilgrims and to save visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.
He also noted that this annual honorary ceremony is a good opportunity for optimism about a promising future in promoting better levels of service to the guests of the Lord in accordance with the guidelines of the rulers of God.This honor is also an incentive for all employees of civil protection to develop the work.
For their part, the honorees express their thanks and appreciation to His Excellency for his continued support for all that serves the two holy mosques and their followers, and expressed their great happiness in this honor, which they considered to be an incentive for them to make more effort and service in the service of religion and then the king and the homeland to exercise.
It is worth noting that the General Directorate of Civil Protection has always honored the leading pilgrims in the annual pilgrimage, in order to increase the performance level of staff in the centers and units in the holy places, Mecca and Medina during the Hajj season, and to create a spirit of competition among all participants in the mission.
