Uganda signs technology agreement with Microsoft



(Ecofin Agency) – The Republic of Uganda, represented by its Ministry of Information, Science, Technology and National Orientation, signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft on 12 November 2018.

Through this collaboration, American technological society will help the country to create an environment conducive to the transformation of the national ICT landscape for socio-economic development.

According to Minister Frank Tumwebaze (photo), Microsoft will contribute to the realization by the country of its vision of development through ICT by 2040.
