Dačić held a joint press conference after the opening of the Serbian consulate in Antalya with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Čavušoglu

– Serbia will never be part of a coalition of those who want to work against Turkey, including some of these organizations in the countries of our region and Serbia will never offer a refuge for anyone who fights Turkish interests, the Turkish state and our Turkish friends – Dacic said.

He was very lucky at the Honorary Consul Fikret Ozturk in work and thanks for accepting responsible duties. Dačić is convinced that Ozturk and his family will contribute to the establishment of ties and cooperation between the two countries

. He pointed out that last year in Serbia almost 100,000 tourists from Turkey and many tourists from Serbia were registered

– I think we can do much more. Our two countries have abolished visas. This is one of the highest levels of friendship between countries. We have also introduced a free trade regime, so we continue to continue our collaboration – Dacic added.

Dacic pointed to the effort that includes cooperation in all areas of politics, economics, culture, education, sport

– You know that here in Turkey there are a large number of citizens who come from our country. Historical movements were such that there are many of our people, with our origins here. There are also a number of Turks in our country, but also of the Muslim population, whether they are Bosniaks or Muslims, which has special sympathy for Turkey. We must and must use it to be in the function of the common life and common interests of Serbia and Turkey – says Dacic.
