The arrest of Serbian citizen Sara Vidak is an example of abuse of the judiciary, said Milutin Djukanovic, a member of the Montenegrin Democratic Front of the opposition, in response to the arrest of Vidak's in Montenegro.
"This case is also an example of how the judiciary is being misused, and in this way it wants to send a message to all free citizens and force the authority of the judiciary to lose authority, which has lost all credibility and reputation" , said Ðukanović, noting that "everything happens in the continued political process against leaders, deputies and DF officials expected in September."
Serb citizen Sara Vidak was arrested in Montenegro last week for allegedly attacking a judge from the Criminal Court in Kotor.
