Taxpayers are required to submit information from 27 August 2018 on all warehouses or business premises in which they carry out their activities and to report any changes to such data properly.
It is one of the newspapers prescribed by the law on tax procedures and tax administration, the tax authorities said.
Registration of warehouse space and business premises where the activity is carried out can only be carried out electronically via the e-TAXES portal.
Taxpayers are required to inform the Tax Authorities of all possible changes to the data before the start of the use of the property in which they store or store the property, as well as the use of the premises in which they perform the registered activity.
The Tax and Customs Administration says that not reporting the sales and storage space is the offense of illegal storage of goods under the Dutch Tax and Tax Administration Act.
Goods found in buildings that have not been reported to the tax authorities will be seized, and according to the letter the payer can be a crime.
