Earlier the dog ran with the 17-year-old boy with Branko Kopic Street. At one point the young man pulled a leash to a dog that had no protective basket on his head.
The dog has bitten the leg of a nine-year-old boy, who was born in France.
The boy was seriously injured. Mladic is suspected of a serious crime against general security and a criminal charge has been filed against him on the prosecution's orders.
