Vucic: I respect the Patriarch and the SPC, the agreement about KiM is very far
President of Serbia spoke about the possibility to return the mandatory military service, Kosovo, SPC …
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that a previous assessment by the then Defense Minister Zoran Djordjevic that the recovery of the army would cost 600 million euros, based on the assumption that the military term would last a year.
"Djordjevic said he would collect 600 million euros, but he thought it would take a year, so if half of it (six months), it's already 300 million," Vucic told reporters at the Gerontological Center in Bežanijska kosa in Belgrade.
Vucic said that Djordjevic counted on the need to renovate the infrastructure, buy beds and other things, but he thinks that this is a one-time investment and that he does not necessarily have to enter the total cost of serving a military service because that does not work in every generation.
"But we will decide on that when the time is right, in accordance with the interests of the state," said Vucic.
"BELGRADE AND PRISTINA ARE NOT PROXIMITY OF AGREEMENT"
Vucic also said that Belgrade and Pristina are not close to the agreement, but will inform the citizens if they reach the agreement and present the agreement.
"It is very difficult to reach an agreement We are not near an agreement, there is no agreement … If we are close to the solution, we are not, we are far away … If there is agreement, I will fully inform the people, "said Vucic.
Asked about the fact that Albanians from Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja go to Tirana for an interview, Vucic said that there is no fear of "leading a subject and the wish of many who have not changed."
"Let's wait for results so that we can see who has got what and what has been lost.In a possible agreement with the Albanians, we must know that we have all lost a bit," said Vucic.
He added that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama will also see the coming days.
"I RESPECT SPC, I DO NOT SPEAK NICE DEAD"
The Serbian president says he is very respectful of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) and that he will not speak badly about those SPC representatives who said they would throw him a stone every day.
"I have a lot of faith in Patriarch Irinej, I belong to the Serbian Church, but if you expect me to say something bad about her, I will not do it, not even those who fool me every day. do not go into it, "said Vucic.
He added that each of us has the opportunity to say to the people "this is what our hearts speak and what our spirit tells us."
