E-scooter riders were caught on video driving in the middle of the road and weighing in and out of traffic on two different occasions.
Both videos were posted on Facebook, one was taken along Jalan Eunos and another took place on Upper Serangoon Road.
According to the timestamp on the video, the incident with Jalan Eunos happened last Friday (Aug. 24) Around 11.13 pm.
In the video posted on the Facebook group of SG Road Vigilante, three e-scooters can be seen traveling on the left-most lane, matching the speed of motorists on the road.
At one point, the first driver swings over two lanes before he overtakes a car and returns to the lane in which he was.
According to the time stamp on the video of the Upper Serangoon Road, the incident occurred on Saturday (August 25) at 3.25 am.
In the video shared on ROADS.sg, we see two drivers on the left side of the road.
According to the employee, he sounded to the "head driver" and slammed down his window to say that they had to get off the road. He then claimed that the e-scooter driver "haunted" him even though it was not caught on video.
Netizens have admonished the drivers of the e-scooter for driving on the road, even though they are not allowed to.
Other e-scooter riders said that these "black sheep" spoil the image for the rest that are law-abiding.
