Stomper Nature lover was pleasantly surprised when he met an otter on August 22 at 6:20 pm who was having a party at Punggol End.
In a video he sent to Stomp, a lonely otter can be seen chewing on a fish close to the shore.
A crowd of curious spectators gathered on the shore to enjoy the cute sight.
Nature Lover explains to Stomp:
"In Punggol End, a popular place for locals and tourists to enjoy seafood overlooking the Strait of Singapore.
"A lone otter can be seen with a freshly caught fish.
"This video was made on Hari Raya Haji, witnessed by many spectators, enjoying the holidays.
"What a great treat it was for us, and also for the otter."
