WHITE HOUSE (WLUK) – While forest fires tear through the state and cause a catastrophe, the president announced on Monday that federal aid is coming to California.

A few days ago the president visited Twitter to name the reason for forest fires – & # 39; gross mismanagement & # 39 ;.

The fires began on 8 November and continued to leave a trail of bodies. While the death toll rose to 42, the deputies of sheriff say that hundreds of them are missing.

The aid will be available to residents of the Butte, Los Angeles and Ventura provinces.

The aid includes grants for temporary housing and home repairs, cheap loans to cover uninsured property losses and other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from the consequences of the disaster.
