Yoga instructor says that sniffing his own urine makes him sit longer in bed

A yoga master claims that he has not had a cold in almost twenty years, because every time he goes to the toilet he sniffs a cup of his own woe.

Instead of drinking it, which is considered a bit unusual, 41-year-old Sam Cohen puts a cup of urine in his nostrils every time he goes to the toilet.

He has been doing this for 19 years and claims that he is the cause that he has never had a cold and that he works wonders for an illness, even if he has a positive effect on his sex life.

He calls this nose drink Auryn – the Celtic word for & # 39; golden & # 39; – and carries its own special cup.

Sam, from North London, said:

It is not possible to catch a cold if you constantly drink through your nose. You can feel under the weather, but a drink on the nose and any clouds begin to evaporate.

I take a cup with me. If I have to go to the bathroom, I take it with me, close the door and drink through my nose.

You feel Superman – you go into a telephone booth and do something that no body knows and it is a secret. You have hidden your cup and you go to the toilet and you come out and you look glowing and fresh.

I did it on the plane – I'm probably the first mile-high nose drinker.

Sam also believes it affects his love life by saying that he now & # 39; more hardness & # 39; has and & # 39; can stay longer & # 39 ;:

Before I was often drained and sleepy. I was 22 and once I started to drink urine, I started to get younger again.

The urine is just like an overall boost. It will make you feel younger and give you more hardness. It ensures that you can last longer.

Sam, a practicing Taoist Buddhist, said the use of the technique takes about six times longer than normal drinking and it felt like he was drowning on his first attempt.

He added: & # 39; I also use my mouth to drink. I would say it is half and half. & # 39;

It is not only pee Sam that comes through his nose, he drinks (or sniffs) water, wine, vegetables and fruit juices.

Sam and his two friends, who also participate in the bizarre practice, say that they absorb different liquids through their noses 10 to 20 times a day.

Sam has added:

The diluted version that comes out of the mouth is beneficial, but not like the pure urine directly from the body.

It immediately calms and relaxes you. It promotes digestion and improves appetite. It helps you breathe better through the nose. It removes fatigue and lethargy. It improves libido.

When you do it for the first time, the first part is a bit overwhelming because you feel like you're drowning. The brain could say to you, & # 39; what are you doing & # 39; but you begin to do it calmly and in a controlled manner, then you see that it is a natural process.

Not sure that drowning is a fair process to be honest, but whatever drives your boat.
