Ryanair apologized for unpaid compensation checks for canceled flights

LONDON, August 22 (WebNoviny.sk) – Irish company Ryanair, the largest European low cost airline, has apologized to customers whose banks have not canceled for canceled flights.

Ryanair said that "Small number" Checks were issued without signing due to an administrative error. The company stated that the customer had sent new checks together with an explanatory letter.

Ryanair reported that it concerned 190 checks with indemnities of about 20 thousand sent in July. "We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our efforts to give these compensatory checks to our customers quickly," said the company.

Airline Ryanair canceled hundreds of flights last year to solve problems with troubleshooting pilots. During this summer, the strikes led to further cancellations.
