Appeal TV Markíza in the case of suspected invoices is at the court of Bratislava. It was received by the Senate, whose member is Judge Andrea Hait, Sister Monika Jankovska, State Secretary of Justice.
TV Markíza has doubts about Haiti's lack of interest, and has therefore objected to prejudices against this member of the Senate.
"Mrs. Jankovska is in a lawsuit with Markíza Slovakia, so there is a doubt on the part of Markíza about the lack of interest of the judge because of the close relationship with the person in a lawsuit with Markiza," said Tomas Kamenec, a lawyer who Markíza's TV in the case represents, to TASR the so-called Kočner accounts. The Supreme Court of the SR must decide on the objection.
They have to pay Kočner
TV Markis filed an appeal against the decision of the court of first instance in the suspicious trial binding in July.
The Bratislava District Court decided on 26 April 2018 in favor of Mariana Kočner. According to Markiza, however, the court did not take into account the convincing evidence that bills are false. Markíza has questioned the authenticity of invoices since the beginning of the process.

The court issued a judgment in the first of three tribunals in which the company of Kocner demands the reimbursement of three accounts of more than EUR 42 million.
Russia has confirmed the authenticity of the bill
The verdict of Judge Zuzana Maruniaková was based on the fact that Kočner's company showed in court that he was the rightful owner of the invoice and entitled to claim a lot, including a six percent interest rate, which began to run on the expiry date – June 11, 2015.
Russia has declared before the court that it signed the envelope on 11 June 2000 and described the circumstances under which it took place.
The right to the account and the claim of Kočner, so only for private television in court, threatens to pay the bill in the event that Russia does not pay.
The court's arguments on television were considered unjustified and unproven and they did not accept the burden of proof. In the proceedings under Maruniak it has not been established that defendants do not have the duty to fulfill the indisputable obligation.
