Portal Korzar.sme.sk said that Varholikova had requested a conditional release a few weeks ago. The judge of the municipal register in Budapest decided at the end of June.
Although the public prosecutor, according to the spokesman, appealed against the decision, he failed. The Court of First Instance confirmed the decision of the Court of First Instance. Eva Varholíková Rezešová will be placed under probation on 28 August.
