The ASUS company in Taiwan unveiled its first cut smartphone in Valencia, Spain, with its innovative Flip Camera.
Jonney Shih, chairman of the company, introduced the unique ZenFone 6 smartphone: it is the first ZenFone without display in the display and with the innovative Flip Camera. The flagship is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and has a NanoEdge non-cut display that covers almost the entire front and a flip camera – a sliding camera that acts as both the front and rear camera and gives users the flexibility to to take photos.
Remember that a similar solution with a swivel slide camera was recently introduced by the Korean Samsung (the Galaxy A80 that we reported). So it can be said that the camera focuses on two problems: the screen with cut-outs and the low resolution of the front camera. The motorized photo module contains a Sony IMX586 48 MPx sensor and a 13 MP 125 ° ultra wide-angle secondary camera. With the stepper motor the module can rotate at 180 °, the rear camera can rotate forwards. The camera can also be used in any angle.
It will also please a huge 5000 mAh battery that ensures high endurance. Compared to the competition, it is much more than others offer (Huawei P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro have 4200 mAh, Samsung Galaxy S10 + 4100 mAh …). It can also be said that this is the manufacturer's first real flagship model to offer the most powerful processor on the market, since the ZenFone manufacturer has so far targeted the middle class. ZenFone 6 will be available on the Slovak market in June for the price of 619 euros in the highest configuration of 8 GB RAM, 256 GB ROM.
