After six years of imprisonment for alcohol-related traffic accidents, with the death of four people, Eva Varholíková will be released on Tuesday. She and her fellow women would have decided to talk about personal things and small gifts, informed the news server Blikk.
The accused asked the Budapest court a few weeks ago via his defendant for a conditional release. The court confirmed the request on 17 July. According to Blikka, Slovakia is spending the last day in a so-called prison cell, in which she will be alone. On Tuesday she takes over the things she has to hand over when she takes the sentence, signs the surrender protocol and the guard takes her to the prison gate.
If he wants to leave the prison instead of midnight, he must ask the prison staff for a request that may or may not be accepted, writes the server. Varholíková behaved exemplary, met all the strict rules and did not conflict with one of her fellow prisoners in the execution of the sentence. She worked in Hungarian and worked in the tailor's workshop.
Varholíková even had to give small gifts to say goodbye to women she had spent in prison. According to Blikk, she also gave her some personal matters.
The Court of Appeal near Budapest sentenced her on September 11, 2014 to nine years in prison for a traffic accident with four victims in 2012 on the Hungarian M3 motorway. The Senate has tightened up the judgment of the court at first instance, according to which it was necessary for Slovakia to serve only six years. The court found Kosicek guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. In addition to tightening his deprivation of liberty, he has tightened his ban on driving cars from the original five years to eight.
