The US imposed sanctions on one Russian and one Slovak company



The reason was to help Russian companies who wanted to avoid sanctions.

The US imposed sanctions on Tuesday on two Russians, a Russian and a Slovakian company. As a reason they have said that their behavior has helped other Russian companies to avoid sanctions against harmful Russian activities.
