Linne Nordström left the night to Wednesday: "We did what we could," says father Kristoffer Nordström.
The six-year-old Linnea Nordström from Karlskrona lost his battle against the cancer.
– At the end everything went very fast.
"We are very uncomfortable for everyone who helped us to have 20 precious months with Linnea," says Kristoffer Nordström, the father of Zuidoost.
At the end of 2016 Linnea Nordström was diagnosed with DIPG, a serious tumor disease in the brain.
Since then, she and her family have been fighting for the cancer, about which Southeast has written several times.
Linnea has recently been treated at a hospital in Mexico. An expensive treatment made possible thanks to a collection via social media where the family received about two million crowns.
Last night late however, Linnea would fill seven years in time. A tumor in her back took over and she no longer breathed.
& # 39; Last night she went to Karlskrona hospital with our loved ones. But she felt no pain and we could not ask for more. Because we have seen many terrible deaths in Mexico, says Kristoffer Nordström on Wednesday morning.
"Everything went very fast the last days, before she was as usual, it still felt hopeful and Linnea could lead a normal life.
The father Kristoffer and his wife Gierdre want to express their sincere grief to all friends and strangers who helped the family with gifts on the hard journey and the fight against Linnea & # 39; s cancer.
"We have had a boundless love, and everyone who has helped us has made us twenty-two months of inestimable value, even though these months are never explained.
"Without our money our daughter would not have been here today"
"Linnea feels absolutely wonderful"
