Patricia Industries from the Wallenberg-bol is selling its 40% share of the masts and masts of the mobile operator Tre Skandinavien, writes the energy company Investor of the bol in a press release.

The transaction will be executed by Patricia who will transfer her share of Three Scandinavia’s towers and mast assets to CKH Networks. In addition, Patricia is participating in the sale of CKH Networks for € 10 billion to Cellnex, the leading European independent operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure.

The share of the proceeds attributable to Patricia Industries is 5 percent, according to Investor.

“This is a value-creating transaction that further strengthens our balance sheet,” said Johan Forssell, Investor’s CEO in a comment.

The transaction is expected to close in 2021, subject to regulatory approval.

The 20-year-old mobile operator Tre Skandinavien has offices in Sweden and Denmark. Investor owns 40 percent of the company. The rest is owned by CK Hutchison of Hong Kong.
