The high court sentenced a 20-year-old student yesterday for material damage and violation of peace. The court considered it proven that the student had thrown at least one color bag on the facade of the cantonal police on the Kasernenstrasse in Zurich at the time of the 1 May move in 2016.

Previously they were impeccable. The same three color splashes were found on the shoes that the police grabbed at the student's home. The young man also made the accident responsible for the splashes of color. Eventually he helped on the family farm to paint the farm shop new. The blobs can thus properly arise.

"It is more than a coincidence that the same paint splatters end up on two pairs of shoes because of two different incidents," the chairman said during the verdict. Conditional fine
