He added that the Dubai real estate sector is characterized by diversity and therefore encompasses a wide range of legislation that meets the different needs through laws, noting that the integration of this legislation into one law is technically not possible .
He stressed that the higher commission for legislation does not aim to legislate as such, but rather the correct application of such legislation. He pointed out that the competent authorities are responsible for informing the commission of any challenges in the application of the law for disposal.

Al-Muhairi stressed the existence of full coordination with the competent federal authorities, and said that in some cases the Upper Committee on Legislation in Dubai is of the opinion that the proposal for a legislative proposal should be submitted to the competent federal authorities for issuing to study at federal level.
