The amount of rainwater stored by the dams in the central region of the country reached 10,660,000 cubic meters due to good rainfall on Saturday, September 29th.
The rain led to the flow of a number of valleys in the area of Manayi and Wadi Buraq, which led to the collection of water in a number of dams of the Ministry of Energy and Industry.
The water level in the Wadi Buraq Dam lake is 1.6 meters and the total amount is estimated at 90,000 cubic meters. The total storage capacity of the Wadi Burraq dam is approximately 500,000 cubic meters.
The water level in the Al-Manaiyi reservoir was 4.0 meters and the total amount is estimated at approximately 14,500 cubic meters. The total storage capacity of the Al-Manaiyy lake is about 50,000 cubic meters.
The water level in the Wadi Wadi Dam valley reached 0.5 meters and the total amount is estimated at 2000 cubic meters. The total storage capacity of the Wadi Wadi dam is approximately 490,000 cubic meters.
The Ministry of Energy and Industry called on the wolves and dams to take precautionary measures and to follow safety guidelines aimed at their safety and happiness and to maintain the dam facilities for which they were built.
