The Smart Systems and Services Authority met with the Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi to discuss projects and initiatives of mutual interest to improve the quality of seawater and the next steps to develop the integrated ecosystem of the emirate Abu Dhabi, that will be evaluated during the Summit of the Oceans organized by the emirate Abu Dhabi in March. Following the guidelines of the Supreme Committee for Monitoring Water Quality and Preservation and Sustainability of the Marine Environment in the emirate Abu Dhabi,
The meeting was chaired by Razan Khalifa Al Mubarak, Secretary General of the Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi, and Dr. Rawda Al Saadi, General Manager of Smart Systems and Services. The two sides stressed the importance of joint cooperation for the implementation of joint projects which are part of the integrated system of the environmental sector of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including the Executive Plan to improve the quality of seawater.
"This collaboration is aimed at improving the power of data in general and spatial data in one of the most important sectors – the environmental sector, which makes a proven contribution to intelligent analysis and decision-making systems," said Dr. Rawda Al Saadi.
