The company Mercedes-Benz has published a teaser that gives an idea of the appearance of the serial electric crossover EQC. The public premiere of the novelty will take place on September 4, 2018 at a special event in Stockholm.
In general, a commercial vehicle will resemble the EQ prototype, which was presented at the Paris Motor Show in 2016. In this case, the serial version of the crossover loses external cameras, which are replaced by traditional side mirrors. In addition, the falsh radiator grille and the headlights of the headlamp will be changed.
Earlier, the German company published images of the interior of the EQC model, which will receive the information and entertainment complex Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX), which debuts on the fifth generation of the hatchback A-Class. The top versions of the model are offered with a fully digital 10.25-inch instrument panel in combination with a multi-media system with touch screen of the same size.
At the power plant to details. The prototype was equipped with two electric units (one on each axle), which together deliver 300 kW, which corresponds to 408 hp. With the engines the car can accelerate from place to "hundred" in less than five seconds. The crossover can travel up to 500 kilometers on one load.
