It should be clear that for every company the whole world is divided into different regions. New companies are usually very limited in their financial possibilities, so they only sell branded products in the country in which they are located. Xiaomi strives to conquer the international market, but it does not work for it, and to be precise, this process is too slow. That is why she decided to take an unexpected step for everyone – stopping the production and sale of telephones.
All to promote their products under a new brand, namely Poco. Many buyers do not want to buy smartphones from Xiaomi, just because they are afraid of the connection with China. Until now, now in the garden as early as 2018, there is an opinion that all things produced in the Middle Kingdom can not be of high quality. To become more attractive in the eyes of buyers and to conquer new markets, including the US, the company decided to create a new brand.
The Poco brand has nothing to do with China, but it is only intended for the international market, also for Russia. The first phone under this trademark was Pocophone F1, which will soon be selling all over the world. On Russian territory in official stores, this mobile device is sold for only 22.990 rubles, although it is equipped with the 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and 6 GB RAM.
Against the background of this whole situation it is clear that Xiaomi will refuse to release smartphones under its own brand for the international market. Phones under the brand name are exclusively for China, while all products for Russia, Europe and other regions are issued on behalf of Poco. At present there are of course no real confirmations, but all facts point to such a further development of events.
Recently it became known that the official online store Xiaomi earned in Russia.
Until 16 September, all attendees have a unique opportunity to get a sports bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 3 for free, in which they spend only 1 minute of their personal time.
